The FN-100 seam welding machine is a high-performance welding device designed specifically for continuous seam welding of medium-thickness duct pipes. It can perform welding on both stainless steel and low carbon steel of medium thickness, with a maximum welding capacity of 1.5mm + 1.5mm sheet thickness. It features stepless adjustment of secondary voltage, simple and convenient operation, and stable welding speeds ranging from 0.6-2.5m/min. It efficiently produces uniform, firm, and sealed welds, making it an ideal choice for manufacturing metal housings and cylindrical bodies.
Applications
The FN-100 seam welding machine is suitable for longitudinal straight seam sealing welding of stainless steel duct pipes, such as circular or rectangular duct joint welding.
