The warranty period is one year after the metal duct equipment arrives at the customer's factory.

Wear parts vary depending on the specific equipment; we provide a set of common wear parts with the spiral duct and duct fittings machine upon shipment.

30% deposit is due within 7 days of contract signing. The balance is paid in full after equipment completion and factory acceptance, followed by shipment.

Shipment can be arranged from Qingdao Port or Tianjin Port.
FAQs for Spiral Duct Machine

Galvanized sheet and stainless steel.

For duct diameters under 500mm and lengths within 6m, the material can be automatically fed and cut.

The diameter range is between 100-1500mm.

The spiral duct equipment includes 5 sets of dies (for diameters between 100-500mm). The die material is steel with copper inlay.

The company provides a comprehensive range of duct and fittings processing equipment, including spiral duct machines, large corrugated metal pipe machines, CNC two-roll/four-roll duct rounding machines, elbow forming machines, angle steel flange forming machines and many more.

The DDGJ-1.2-1800-ZY (Integrated) and DDGJ-1.2-1800-ZF (Split) models are suitable. Both feature an adjustable feed speed of 35 meters/minute to ensure high production efficiency. They utilize a fixed steel die forming process, which results in a tighter lock-seam and more precise output diameter compared to traditional spread-wing type duct machines, effectively balancing the required speed and precision for mass production.

Based on an 8-hour workday and accounting for material change time, the daily production capacity of spiral duct is 1000-1400 square meters.

Due to the formation of the seam as a four-layer folded lock-seam, the resulting material loss rate is approximately 12.5%.

Blades may become dull after multiple cuts but can be sharpened for continued use. Cutting stainless steel accelerates blade wear, so plasma cutting is recommended for that material. Emulsion fluid is the primary consumable.

The spiral duct machine has minimal site requirements. It can be operated at the construction site or mounted on a vehicle for mobile production.
