Features
- This corrugated metal pipe machine is primarily used for producing large-diameter, heavy-wall spiral ribbed corrugated steel pipes, with single pipe lengths up to 12 meters.
- Designed for manufacturing spiral pipes with a thickness of 1.5-3.0mm, this corrugated metal pipe machine utilizes a split structure design, which allows it to accommodate larger steel coils, reducing the frequency of changes and thereby increasing production efficiency.
- The corrugated steel pipe machine is equipped with a 37kW main motor for robust power. The feeding speed reaches 20 meters/minute, ensuring high efficiency.
- 320mm wide steel strips can be adopted in the corrugated metal pipe machine, utilizing wider stock to substantially increase sheet material utilization and pipe output.
- Corrugation is pressed directly onto the plate material, resulting in finished pipes with superior load-bearing capacity.
