The DDRF-50 CNC round angle flange forming machine consists of uncoiler, forming section, and slot punching section. It is used for manufacturing round angle flanges for duct pipes, integrating the processes of rolling, rounding, punching, and cutting. The angle flange forming machine automatically runs after the required flange circumference and quantity are input via the operating screen. The punching quantity can also be set freely. After rounding, the angle flange can be welded using our company's angle flange butt welding machine.

Features
- The CNC round angle flange forming machine is equipped with 8 forming rollers, 2 auxiliary rollers, and 3 sets of rounding rollers. All rollers are made of Cr12MoV hardened steel.
- It is configured with feed rollers for two strip widths: 49mm and 52mm.
- The transmission mechanism combines chain and gear drive.
- Punching and cutting are powered by a hydraulic system.
- The control screen is a handheld, mobile touchscreen.
- The main reducer is an 11kW K-series reducer.
