Dual Wall Insulated Spiral Pipe Structure
- Inner steel pipe: Serves as the main channel for the conveyed medium, typically made of seamless or spiral-welded steel, often carbon or stainless steel, with high pressure resistance.
- Rock wool insulation layer: Wrapped around the inner steel pipe, its main purpose is thermal insulation to reduce heat loss. Rock wool is an inorganic fiber material with high-temperature resistance and excellent fire protection properties.
- Outer steel casing (steel-over-steel): Covers the insulation layer, providing protection and support while enhancing the overall structural resistance to pressure.
TG-1100 dual wall insulated spiral pipe machine is used for manufacturing rock wool insulated spiral pipes by fitting two steel pipes together and adding rock wool insulation in the space between them.
